This program is designed to increase speed and agility in all athletes. By creating efficient movement through mechanics, power, and agility we tailor each workout to the individual athlete in order to reduce their risk for injury while optimizing peak potential.

SPARTA Strength and Conditioning
Based on Sparta Science’s Force Plate Technology, we are able to measure, monitor, and prescribe the most specific and efficient weight training program for each athlete. Through our strength and conditioning programs athlete's are able to develop explosive power quickly and safely by understanding how they individually produce force.

Biomechanical Throwing Sessions
Private and group based throwing session identifying the individuals mechanical deficiencies as they relate to the overhead athlete. Our unique process allows the athlete to understand the complete life cycle of the throwing process. This session is great opportunity for athletes rehabbing via previous throwing injury, changing mechanical process in the throwing cycle to gain efficiency/velocity or individuals that have pain in the throwing arm relating to throwing.
Our pitching portion is also private and group based attacking the command portion as it relates to pitching. This session is a great opportunity for athletes working on pitch development and sequencing, all in a command heavy atmosphere.
